We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities/Requirements Include:
Maintenance of Buildings, Grounds and Equipment Ability to follow written and oral instructions Basic knowledge of plastering, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, painting and construction at a skilled nursing facility preferred Working both indoors and outdoors Ability to multi task and respond in a timely manner to resident service requests Customer service skills in working with peers, supervisor, and residents Experience in maintenance in a long term care facility a plus HS diploma or GED Strong communication skills Must have own transportation (not located close to public transport) Job Type:
