We are hiring a part time assistant to help manage both office tasks and client projects.
Job description as follows- -Pick up orders and run errands -Place and manage orders - Use Quickbooks for billing clients and recording purchases (prior Quickbooks experience is a plus) -Communicate with subcontractors -Create invoices and estimates in Canva -Create spreadsheets and timelines -Communicate/correspond with clients -Occasionally source interior furnishings -Occasionally source landscape materials and furnishings The right person is organized, flexible, committed, works independently, can multi-task and preferably has knowledge of interior design and/or landscape.
Transportation is necessary.
Start Date as soon as possible.
15-20 hours per week.
Schedule is very flexible.
