Bonus payJob DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Trust & Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team.
This is a permanent position and offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive legal advice on trust and estate matters.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal advice on trust and estate matters to clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate trust and estate documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Plan and administer estates and trusts, including the preparation and filing of federal estate tax returns and federal state gift returns.
Represent clients in probate and trust litigation matters.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws related to trusts and estates.
Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop strategies for estate planning and administration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and legal expertise.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar in MA Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney.
Proven experience in trust and estate litigation.
Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws related to trusts and estates.
Experience in preparing and filing federal estate tax returns and federal state gift returns.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
