Responsibilities include and candidate should have experience with:
Superior Court Rules and deadlines Draft and issue subpoenas Create and update litigation files Assist with all aspects of case management Organize and electronically file pleadings Coordinate and schedule calendar/docketing Data base management of all relevant documents Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
